Everything comes from nothing. and nothing is infinite intelligence.

What does that mean?

It means that I can show up - fully - and trust in the infinite intelligence of life. This is the source of everything, and I am part of it. It’s not a religious faith, but a deep inner knowing that connects me to something greater, something of a higher nature.

This kind of trust allows me to relax into the moment. It’s especially clear in my coaching sessions, where I never know what a client will bring to the conversation. There’s nothing to prepare or rehearse. And in that space of not knowing, something true always arises. What comes through is authentic - and that’s why it resonates so deeply.

I remain in awe of the unknown, and how our answers often reveal themselves when we simply quiet our thoughts and soften our minds. It’s simple, really-yet profoundly powerful. Being fully present (or mindful, which is really the same thing) places us in the sweet spot of life. That’s where connection lives - the kind we’re all longing for.

It’s a practice - like anything else. The more we notice when we’re not present, and gently guide ourselves back, the easier and more natural presence becomes. And the more rewarding it feels.

That doesn’t mean we reject our intellect. It’s a gift. We can use it to learn, express, to share insights - like i’m doing here. But it’s important to realise that we can also use our brilliance against ourselves without meaning to. When we get caught in past stories or future projections, we leave the present moment behind. And the present moment is where life is actually happening.

In a nutshell: We are universal intelligence. We are infinite souls. And we are far more powerful that we could ever fully comprehend.
