I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Silver, and I offer intuitive, heart centred life coaching - with and without horses - to help people reconnect with their natural resilience, wisdom and sense of peace. This work grew from my own 20 + year journey in personal development, which began in traditional therapy and eventually led me to a style of coaching that felt simple, transformational, and deeply human. I’ve trained in multiple approaches, studied with teachers across the world and spent the last several years guiding clients through powerful inner shifts.
